Linda Alba’s work is varied, yet interconnected in ways that allow you to curate sessions that best serve your needs. During a hypnosis session, she taps into your subconscious to catalyze changes and rewire patterns that are holding you back from becoming the person you truly want to be. Her combination sessions of Reiki and hypnosis are an opportunity for you to truly dissolve into a state of pure light, and to return from this journey with a makeover for your mind and soul.

During a reiki session, she tunes into your energy, removing obstacles and heavy energy by transmuting the heavy energy into light. She then clears and balances your energy centers, while anchoring you energetically so that you are fully supported as you move through this process. Anything that is not serving your highest good is expelled during this process.

As a highly gifted intuitive, Linda will often receive messages while doing her work. As she relays these messages to you, she communicates with your mind and spirit, having you release these messages both subconsciously and consciously.

Her reiki sessions are transcendental; when she layers hypnosis with these sessions, you simply dissolve.
