Join Linda for Inner-Child Hypnotic Journey

In this Group Hypnotic Journey led by Diana Maslauskas and Linda Alba, you will connect with your inner child. As you rest comfortably in your chair, Diana will guide the group into a relaxing hypnotic state, while Linda provides healing Reiki energy work to each individual. When you are in hypnosis, we are accessing your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind, like every cell and muscle in the body, has memory. This includes the memories and needs of your inner child.

During this experience, you will connect and communicate with your inner child, in the privacy of your own mind, body and spirit. This connection allows you to enlighten yourself as to what your inner child needs, and how you can provide that for him/her.

Please bring a journal or paper and pen, as you will write down the information you have gained at the end of the Hypnotic Journey. Although it is not required for anyone to share about their experience, we reserve a little time at the end for those who would like to share or ask questions.

Exchange is $35 per person/5 person maximum.
